Refund & cancellation:
All Purchases are considered final, and we only accept returns in the case of manufacturing defects. so take a picture of the item at the door.
Please notify Dope store within 24 hours of receiving the order to initiate a complain.
IN CASE OF -
- you wants to cancel the order
If your order did not shipped and its not has been 24 hour since you have placed the order then you can contact us for the refund and you will be refunded with item price not shipping. In case of it has been more than 2 days then you will be not refunded for the cancellation or if you wants to change the product.
- you changed your mind or want a different product
If the order did not shipped and you have contacted us before 2 days then it can be changed but if your order has been shipped then you will not be eligible for a refund or for a different product.
In case of you wants to change the product after receiving it or wants another size or color then you will be charged extra Rs 300 other than the cost of the product.- Receiving a defect or damaged product?
Always take a picture during item delivery as they are raw custom products. Thus, we checked them and ship carefully but during delivery if they got damaged beyond fixing then we will help you with 80% refund of item cost with team talking otherwise if it can fixed then you can ship them back and you can get a new piece. no refund will be provided but the product.
- Not received the product yet or it shows completed on tracking
If your tracking status shows complete and you have not received the product. In this case we will not provide you any kind of full refund but yes we will help you with the 80% of the total cost of the ordered product once the Enquiry will be done from our side with the courier service.
